Ailsa Longmuir

Ailsa Longmuir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and customer support across various sectors. Currently serving as SELT Compliance Manager and Centre Manager at Trinity College London since March 2015, Ailsa leads a team to ensure security and compliance in exam delivery while enhancing customer service. Previous roles include Business Development Support in Ireland, where Ailsa contributed to a significant increase in exam sales, and Team Leader/Registrar focusing on adherence to regulatory standards. Before Trinity College, Ailsa worked at West Dunbartonshire Council in various capacities related to social benefits and continuous improvement. Ailsa also has a background in retail as a Sales Assistant and experience as a freelance writer. Academically, Ailsa holds an MLitt in Film Journalism and an MA (Hons) in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Glasgow.
