Joe Papineau

Joe has been with EnviroScience since 2001 and currently serves as Manager of the Stow, OH-based Emergency Response and Environmental Assessment team. In addition to managing the team and mentoring junior staff, he provides senior-level project management and technical leadership for environmental assessment projects of all sizes, including litigation and negotiation support for legacy site closure and other complex regulatory matters. The diverse nature of his work demands proficiency with issues related to surface water, sediment, wetlands, aquatic life, contaminants, sensitive receptors, permitting, spatial analysis, and all things related. Joe’s ability to recognize and assess problems, then formulate and implement cost-effective solutions under pressure makes him an integral part of the EnviroScience team. Joe holds a B.S. in Biology from Mount Union College and an M.S. in Geography from the University of Akron.
