Alex Ormerod

Alex Ormerod has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2004, Alex worked with Soliton Creative as a Director, providing creative direction, photography, and design services to financial services companies and technology clients. Alongside this, Alex also served as a Rifleman & Photographer in the Australian Army from 2010, including a deployment in the Solomon Islands. Alex's experience in graphic design includes a role as a Graphic Designer at Pacific Environment Limited from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, Alex joined Envirosuite as a Design Manager, later becoming the Senior Marketing Manager - Research & Design, and currently holds the position of Head of Design in the company. Additionally, in the early stages of Alex's career, from 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Digital Content Manager and Senior Photographer for Morrison Media, specifically for Riptide Magazine, handling online marketing, design content, and social media.

Alex Ormerod obtained a Graduate Certificate in Digital Product Design from RMIT Online in 2023-2024. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Nursing at Southern Cross University from 2013-2016. In 2007-2009, they studied Visual Design at Designworks College Of Design.
