Richard Garlitz Pe

Richard Garlitz, PE, is a seasoned Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently, Richard serves as a Senior Engineer and Branch Manager for the Pittsburgh Office at BBJ Group, a position held since October 1998. Richard began their academic journey at Penn State University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Geo Environmental Engineering from September 1993 to June 1998. Additionally, Richard has contributed expertise to EnviroTrac Ltd. throughout their career.
