Niclas Sahlgren

Niclas Sahlgren has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Niclas founded and served as the CEO of Eways.se, a company that provides charging solutions for electric vehicles. Niclas also founded and served as the CEO of Skillteam AB. Niclas has been involved with several start-ups, including Yanzi Networks, where they were the co-owner and EVP of Business Development. Niclas successfully turned around Åkers Krutbruk Protection AB, a manufacturing company focused on protection systems for military vehicles. Niclas held executive positions at Skanska IT Solutions AB and Nocom, where they were responsible for reorganization and contributed to successful turnarounds. Niclas also founded and served as the CEO of Cyberink and worked as a program manager at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Niclas began their career as a sales and product manager at Handelsbanken.

Niclas Sahlgren has completed several IFL Leadership programmes at IFL / Stockholm School of Economics. Niclas also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Johnson & Wales University. In addition, they have a DIHM degree in Marketing and Finance from IHM Business School. Niclas has also undertaken studies in English and Finance at UC San Diego. Niclas spent their sophomore year at Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut, USA.
