Frankie Cleary has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Starting in the year 2002, they served as a Nuclear Electronics Technician in the US Navy until 2008. In 2013, Cleary worked as an iOS Digital Developer at inVentiv Communications for a brief period. In 2014, they joined IQ Innovations, LLC as an iOS Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a Learning Management System's iOS application. From 2017 to 2019, Cleary worked at CapTech Ventures, Inc in roles such as Manager of Mobile & Device Technology, overseeing the development of iOS applications for Fortune 500 companies. They also worked as a Senior iOS Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2017, specializing in application development and consultation support for mobile retail applications. In 2010, Cleary founded FBombMedia LLC, where they served as the CEO and Lead Engineer, focusing on mobile app development. Currently, Cleary is the Director of Product Engineering at Envisagenics since November 2021.

Frankie Cleary holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a BSAST in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University between 2010 and 2011. In 2009-2010, Frankie completed an AA in Finance at the University of Phoenix. Their high school education was obtained at Thomas Worthington High School from 1996 to 2000.
