Ádám Rudolf

Ádám Rudolf has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ádám began their career in 2011 as a Diploma Worker at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Ádám then moved on to work as an M.Sc. Diploma Worker at Eötvös Loránd University, where they conducted research and analyzed social networks using statistics and network theory.

In 2014, Ádám joined Nokia Networks as an R&D System Verification Engineer. Ádám was responsible for testing and verifying systems. After that, they briefly worked as a Lecturer at the International Business School.

Ádám then joined Sigma IT Consulting in 2017, initially as a C++ developer before transitioning to the role of Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, they led a geographically distributed cross-functional scrum team and also contributed to supporting the wider team delivery through their involvement in the R&D Forum.

In 2016, Ádám founded BeCubeSuli, a programming school where they designed the curriculum and developed a process automation software system in Python. Ádám managed the school as a personal entrepreneur and achieved profitability within the first month of operation.

Moving forward, Ádám worked at Libitum AB, first as a System Developer and later as a Scrum Master. Ádám introduced significant changes that improved bug reduction, software developer satisfaction, and estimation accuracy.

Most recently, Ádám joined Envise in 2021 as a Product Owner. In this role, they led the Agile transformation and implemented Scrum practices. Ádám played a key role in defining the minimum viable product (MVP) for a challenging rewrite project and successfully delivered it under their product ownership. Additionally, they introduced structure and streamlined development-stakeholder interactions.

Throughout their career, Ádám Rudolf has demonstrated their expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, software development, and teaching.

Ádám Rudolf completed their education at different institutions. Ádám attended II. Rákóczi Ferenc Grammar School and High School from 1995 to 2008, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Physics and Mathematics. Ádám then pursued higher education at Eötvös Loránd University from 2008 to 2015, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics. In terms of certifications, Ádám obtained the following: Professional Agile Leadership I from Scrum.org in December 2019, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in September 2019, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2019, Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in September 2019, CPA - C++ Certified Associate Programmer from the C++ Institute in October 2018, and ISTQB Foundation Level from the Hungarian Testing Board in June 2015.
