Joe Sframeli

Joe Sframeli is an experienced executive in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President - Infrastructure at EnVision Consultants since December 2023. Previously, Sframeli held multiple leadership positions at WSP in Canada from May 1989 to June 2023, including Executive Vice President of Transportation & Infrastructure and Executive Vice President of Infrastructure and Environment. Throughout this tenure, Sframeli progressed through various roles, culminating in extensive experience in municipal engineering and project management. Sframeli holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
