Niloy Gangopadhyay

Niloy Gangopadhyay currently serves as Chief of Staff at Envision Education since February 2023. Previously, Niloy held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Partner Success and Senior Advisor for Strategy and Analysis at Springboard Collaborative from October 2021 to September 2022. Before that, Niloy was Executive Vice President of Programs at LearnLaunch for a brief period in 2021 and served as Executive Director of Special Populations at the Texas Education Agency from March 2019 to June 2021. In earlier positions, Niloy was Interim Senior Managing Director at Teach For America, Executive Director and Co-founder of Success Preparatory Academy, and School Leader Incubation Fellow at New Schools for New Orleans. Additional experience includes founding Cleveland Lighthouse Community School at Lighthouse Academies and working as Director of Special Projects at Uncommon Schools. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
