Dawn Lee

Dawn Lee, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in scientific research, medical writing, and teaching. Dawn is currently working at Envision Pharma Group as the VP, Portfolio Director & Team Lead, Scientific; CMPP since June 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at Envision Pharma Group as Senior Scientific Director from March 2019 to May 2021, and as Scientific Director, CMPP from March 2018 to March 2019. Before joining Envision Pharma Group, Dawn worked at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc, where they served as Scientific Director, CMPP from March 2017 to March 2018, and as Senior Medical Writer, CMPP from October 2015 to March 2017. Dawn began their career at Scientivity as a Medical Writer from May 2012 to May 2013. Dawn also has experience in research, having worked as a Graduate Research Scientist at the University of Rochester Medical Center from September 2006 to April 2012. In addition, they have teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at Monroe Community College from August 2011 to January 2012 and as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University from January 2004 to May 2005. Dawn started their career as a Research Technician at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from June 2002 to August 2003 and also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Parkinson's Disease Foundation, Columbia University in June 2001.

Dawn Lee, PhD, has a solid educational background in the field of science. Dawn obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The College of New Jersey between 1999 and 2002. Building further on their academic journey, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience at the University of Medicine & Dentistry in New Jersey from 2004 to 2006. Dawn's passion for learning continued to thrive, leading their to complete their doctoral studies in Pathology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry from 2006 to 2012, culminating in the attainment of their Ph.D. Throughout their educational history, Dawn has focused on developing a strong foundation in various scientific disciplines, allowing their to acquire a diverse range of knowledge and expertise.
