Patricia Segarini

Patricia Segarini has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Patricia began their career as a Postdoctoral Scientist/Staff Scientist at Collagen Corporation in 1986. Patricia then worked as a Senior Scientist at Celtrix Pharmaceuticals from 1990 to 1994 and as a Senior Scientist at FibroGen from 1995 to 2001.

In 2003, Patricia joined Roche Pharmaceuticals as a Contractor, where they served as a scientific liaison between research scientists and the software development group. Patricia contributed to the development of a research platform for pre-clinical data and provided data curation.

From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Sr. Manager, Scientific Services at Helix Medical Communications LLC. In this role, they managed scientific services and presumably provided strategic support to clients.

In 2009, Patricia joined ApotheCom as a Medical Director and continued in this role until 2010 when they transitioned to Percolation Communications, LLC. At Percolation Communications, they held the position of Senior Medical Director. Patricia provided strategic solutions to companies in various stages of development and aligned scientific and clinical data with commercial objectives. Their responsibilities included supporting multiple brand/client teams, developing scientific and clinical content, conducting literature surveillance, and analyzing the competitive landscape.

Since 2018, Patricia has been working at Envision Pharma Group. Patricia initially served as a Portfolio Director & Team Lead and later assumed the role of (SVP) Senior Portfolio Director & Team Lead (Scientific). Further details about their current responsibilities are not provided.

Patricia Segarini obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from UC Santa Barbara between 1974 and 1978. Patricia later pursued a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at UCLA and completed their studies from 1978 to 1986.
