Simon Dempsey

Simon Dempsey has extensive experience in operations and creative leadership within the pharmaceutical and design sectors. Currently serving as Global Lead, Operations - Creative and Digital at Envision Pharma Group since April 2018, Simon manages a global team of 65, overseeing significant revenue growth and winning 12 industry awards in four years. Previous roles include Commercial Operations Director at Touch Creative Design Ltd, where Simon successfully prepared the company for acquisition, and Studio Manager at Farecla Products Limited, where Simon led marketing initiatives and optimized operational efficiencies. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of East Anglia.
