Spencer Larkin

Spencer Larkin is a co-founder and owner of Envision Strategic Partners. He is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in the death care industry, with both division management and corporate executive level roles. He graduated from the University of Utah Executive MBA program in 2008 and has an undergraduate degree in accounting. He has expertise in building a strong team and attracting talent, communications, client relations, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational development, training, creativity, public relations, marketing strategy, system development, and overall operations.

Just as important as hard skills, Spencer has high empathy, and he truly cares about people. Spencer enjoys helping people and finds much enjoyment building preneed programs for Funeral Homes and seeing the success of others.

Spencer has a long family history in the Funeral profession. His great-great-grandfather started working in the profession in 1885 and he continues the tradition. With his background working in the family funeral homes he has a unique perspective on how to create a positive preneed program having done everything from digging graves, washing cars, funeral arranging and directing, accounting, to overseeing all of the preneed and at-need operations, and everything in-between. This has helped Envision be more effective in customizing preneed programs and helping funeral homes be efficient touching more people’s lives in a positive way.

When he is not working, he has 5 amazing children that he loves spending time with. He also, loves martial arts and has knowledge in many different styles including Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu-jitsu, etc. He may have been beaten up one too many times but still wont stop. Spencer loves learning and pushes himself to continue growing in all aspects of life.

Spencer is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Envision Strategic Partners.
