Rodney Kuhn has extensive experience in the technology industry. In 1992, they began their career as a Lead Software Engineer at Active Voice. Two years later, in 1994, they founded Envision, where they helped contact centers use AI to drive agent effectiveness and engagement. In 2003, they became a Member of Vistage International.

Rodney Kuhn attended the University of Washington from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Rodney then attended the University of Washington from 1994 to 1995, completing a Management Strategies & Skills program.
