Calvin Kennedy

Calvin Kennedy is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for M&A and Corporate at Envision Healthcare since November 2023, while also holding board member positions at The National Pancreas Foundation and Emergency Capital Management, LLC since January 2025. Previously, Calvin was the Senior Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at CORA Physical Therapy, where responsibilities included overseeing legal affairs for 2,000 employees, advising on M&A, and managing corporate governance. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at K&L Gates, addressing corporate and transactional matters, mentoring junior staff, and engaging in significant financial transactions. Calvin holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
