Elise Polansky

Elise Polansky has over a decade of experience in various leadership and management roles. Elise is currently serving as the VP of IT Portfolio Management at Envision Healthcare. Before joining DaVita, Elise worked at Deloitte as a Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant, providing strategy assessments and development approaches to increase efficiencies and generate synergies between technology and business functions.

Earlier in their career, Elise held multiple roles at Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips, where they led IT services, managed M&A IT due diligence and systems integration programs, and worked on commercial systems projects and technology roadmap development.
