Kareem Ayad- Jd/Lssmb

Kareem Ayad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2017, they worked as the Director of Operations at Envision Healthcare. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they served as the Operational Lean Manager at Hiscox Business Insurance. In this role, they were responsible for developing solutions and tools to improve business processes and oversaw lean projects. From 2013 to 2014, Kareem worked as a Business Process Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, where they focused on driving process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. In 2012, they held the position of Intellectual Property & Innovation Improvement Specialist at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where they managed projects to enhance the intellectual property and quality of care for cancer patients.

Kareem Ayad earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from North Carolina Central University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from North Carolina State University in 2007. Kareem also holds additional certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Arizona State University.
