Ryan Windemuth M.D., Facep

Ryan Windemuth MD MBA FACEP has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ryan currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Southwest Healthcare System since January 2022. In their previous role, they were a Medical Director at Envision Healthcare starting in 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Vituity as a Physician Partner from 2004 to 2021, and then again from 2004 to 2016. During their time at Vituity, they held various responsibilities and positions. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Southwest Healthcare System. Additionally, they worked as the Assistant Medical Director at CEP America from 2010 to 2016.

Dr. Ryan Windemuth holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Loma Linda University, obtained between 1997 and 2001. Ryan further completed their Emergency Medicine Residency at the same university from 2001 to 2004. In 2020, Dr. Windemuth earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Walla Walla University in the years 1992 to 1996. Dr. Windemuth is also certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine as a Board Certified Emergency Medicine specialist, obtained in 2005.
