Justin Muggleton

Justin Muggleton began their career in 2000 as a Designer for Windsor Street Design Associates, where they designed both print and digital pieces for a balance of corporate and non-profit clients. In 2005, they moved to closerlook, inc. as a Senior Designer. In 2009, they began freelancing as a Web Designer and Developer. In 2011, they returned to closerlook, inc. as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director, Interactive Lead, where they were adamant in making responsive web design both the standard for their clients and approachable to internal teams by defining processes and running educational workshops. Justin also developed best practices and templates for HTML e-mail communication, and successfully lead the first experiment in applying agile process to a small team, developing a pilot iPad app sales tool. In 2014, Justin moved to Envisionit as the Director Of User Experience. As the dedicated experience lead on three sizable SaaS projects, they facilitated the alignment of complex requirements and translated entrepreneurial vision into effective and engaging interface solutions. Justin built a small, versatile UX Team with an approach that removed layers and valued cross-discipline collaboration in the delivery of content-managed websites.

Justin Muggleton attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
