Andrew Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles. Andrew began their career as a Swim Lesson Instructor at Fishers YMCA in 2007. In 2010, they interned at LifeStream, Inc., where they assisted and shadowed physical and occupational therapists. Following this, they worked as a Membership Sales and Customer Service representative at Cardinal Fitness, where they sold membership packages and provided fitness program consultations. In 2011, they joined Apple Inc. as an Inventory Specialist, responsible for managing and stocking inventory. Andrew also worked as a Service Specialist, providing top-tier technical support to Apple customers and acting as the first point of contact in-store. At Apple, they also served as a Mac Technician, offering technical support and mentoring other support specialists. Andrew then joined Sharpen as a Client Services Technician before moving to Decatur Township Schools as a Desktop Support Technician, troubleshooting and resolving technology/network-related issues. Currently, Andrew is employed at enVista since 2016, initially serving as a System Administrator and later promoted to Senior System Administrator. In these roles, they have provided support for technical needs to clients of varying sizes and industries, performed regular maintenance tasks, and resolved issues related to client networks and server infrastructure.
Andrew Ryan attended Noblesville High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained an Academic Honors degree and a High School Diploma. Andrew then went on to Ball State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Additionally, Andrew obtained several certifications, including being an Apple Certified Mac Technician from Apple in June 2014, a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in December 2019, a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) from Cisco in June 2019, and an A+ certification from CompTIA in April 2016.
