Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at Paylocity from April 2017 to June 2022, starting as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and progressing through positions such as Employment Branding Coordinator and Talent Solutions/Recruit Process Outsourcing, contributing to the recruitment process, employer branding, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Lisa commenced their career as a Teacher and Department Head at MSD of Warren Township from August 2005 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership and Administration from Butler University, a Secondary English Education degree, and another Master's degree in Education from the University of Kentucky.
