Karen Tronto has extensive experience in various roles at W. L. Gore & Associates, spanning over three decades from January 1991 to July 2024. Karen currently serves as the Global Strategic Sourcing Leader for Talent Acquisition, previously holding positions including Talent Acquisition Leader for the Americas and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In addition to talent acquisition, Karen has worked as an Independent Consultant conducting executive-level interviews and reference checks. Earlier in Karen’s career, roles included Product Development Engineer and Applications Engineer, focusing on cleanable filter assembly development and providing technical support for air filtration products. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech in May 1991.
