Rachel Dines

Rachel Dines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and community association management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Heritage Interactive Services since July 2017, Rachel previously held the position of Community Association Manager at Clagett Enterprises, Inc from December 2014 to November 2016. Prior roles include serving as a Server at Darden and Chili's, as well as a Customer Service representative at A+ Images.
