Shaul Gilad

Shaul serves on the board of directors at ENvizion, as well as at Airobotics, and previously at Foresight (TASE; NASDAQ: FRSX).

Shaul formerly served as CFO and EVP for Aeronautics Ltd., a global supplier for unmanned aerial vehicles, where he helped to turn the company around from severe crisis to profitability, led a successful IPO (TASE) and later the company’s sale.

Prior to this, Shaul served as CFO and EVP for global chemical supply leader Gadot Chemical; as CFO for leading Israeli automotive importer Champion Motors; and as CFO for Zoko Enterprises (Caterpillar ISR), where he spearheaded a complex merger that led to a tenfold increase in both revenue and staff.

Shaul brings over 25 years of expertise in international corporate finance in multiple industries, overseeing all aspects of strategic planning, budgeting, regulation, mergers, and more.

A Certified Public Accountant, Shaul holds a BA cum laude in economics and accounting from Jerusalem’s Hebrew University.
