Jennifer van Arcken

Jennifer van Arcken has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer began their career at American Express/First Data Corp Health Systems Group as a Senior Product Support Analyst, where they were responsible for custom report programming and providing expertise in utilizing Decision Support Management/SQL programming. Jennifer then moved on to Electronic Data Systems (EDS) now Hewlett-Packard, where they worked as an Advanced Systems Engineer, providing analysis, development, and maintenance of programs for inventory tracking of ammunition for the US Air Force. Jennifer then joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Software Development Engineer/Contractor Project Manager, where they managed a development team and was responsible for project management and ensuring adherence to contract requirements. Currently, they are working at Envolve LLC as a Director of Business Applications/Yardi Application Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for enhancing and supporting all aspects of Yardi Voyager for multiple multifamily properties, implementing new functionality, training end users, and developing training materials. Jennifer has also implemented various tools and systems such as Procure to Pay, RentMaximizer, and Rentcafe. Jennifer is skilled in a variety of programming languages and technologies, including SQL, ORACLE Forms & Reports, and Yardi scripting engine. Jennifer has a strong background in project management, system analysis, and software development.
