Matt Costello possesses extensive experience in the aviation industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Envoy Air since March 2020, Matt previously held the position of Operations Manager at Swissport from January 2018 to July 2019, and at United Airlines from July 1988 to February 2017. Expertise includes leading large-scale teams with a focus on safety, performance, and operational efficiency, as well as significant experience in resource forecasting, planning, and placement. Matt holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute and an Aircraft Mechanics License in Airframe and Powerplant from Rice Aviation Maintenance School.

Envoy Air Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, and provides regional flight service to American Airlines under the American Eagle brand and ground handling services for many American Airlines Group flights.
