Pradeepa Nanayakkara

Pradeepa Nanayakkara is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Manager of Recruitments at Envoy Ortus (Pvt) Ltd since July 2020, following a successful tenure at Diligent Consulting Group Sri Lanka, where roles included Manager for International Recruitment and IT Managed Services and Assistant Manager for International Recruitment. Pradeepa began a career in recruitment as a Junior Executive and progressed through various positions including Team Leader. Earlier experience includes an In-Plant Trainee position at Brandix. Pradeepa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Colombo and has pursued professional education at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
