Mead Dixon

Mead Dixon is currently the Head of Legal at Envoy. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Legal Officer at TechGC from September 2019 to March 2022. There, they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial contracts and associated policies, created master software license agreement, selected and implemented a contract lifecycle management system, developed and implemented the first iteration of a sanction screening program, and developed and implemented a CCPA compliance program. As the sole U.S. attorney for the company, they also counselled the business regarding applicable U.S. laws and regulations, worked closely with the sales team to close deals efficiently, and advised employees as to company policies and business practices.

Before working at TechGC, Mead Dixon worked as an Associate Attorney at Dotson Law from August 2017 to August 2019 and as a Contract Attorney at Urrabazo Law P.C. from September 2014 to November 2014.

Mead Dixon attended Vassar College, where they studied Chinese language, culture, and literature; Philosophy; and Art Theirtory. They then attended The George Washington University Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Tax Law/Taxation and Estate Planning. They are certified by the State Bar of Nevada as a member of the Nevada Bar, and by The State Bar of California as a member of the California Bar.

Mead Dixon reports to Larry Gadea, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with David McNeil - Chief Revenue Officer, Sinohe Terrero - CFO, and Micha Hershman - VP, Marketing & Brand Design.
