Lígia Azevedo is a strategic HR leader with over 18 years of experience in shaping organizational cultures and empowering individuals. Currently a Global HR Business Partner and LATAM HR Head at Envu, Lígia focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives in diverse environments. Lígia has previously held significant roles at Bayer, Pfizer, and various other global companies, demonstrating expertise in change management, leadership development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). With a degree in Psychology, Lígia also works as a Clinical Psychologist and People & Culture Consultant, leveraging evidence-based approaches to support mental well-being and organizational transformation.
