Erika Jenkins

Erika Jenkins is a seasoned professional in social media management, currently serving as Social Media Manager at ENX2 Legal Marketing since November 2019, with a progression of roles including Social Media Marketing Specialist, Social Media Marketing Assistant, and Social Media Intern. Prior to this, Erika gained customer service experience as a Crew Member at both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins from May 2015 to January 2019. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Temple University, earned between 2016 and 2019, and attended Luzerne County Community College from 2015 to 2016, following a General Studies degree from Wyoming Valley West High School, completed in 2015.
