Phil has always had a passion for providing extraordinary customer service, and supporting business and technology transformation to deliver tangible real-life outcomes.

With more than 25 years of global experience in the utilities industry, he has worked in senior executive roles in the power, gas and water sectors. His most recent roles include CIO positions at both Wales and West Utilities and Wessex Water.

Under Phil’s leadership, his teams have won numerous industry awards including 'Innovation in the Utilities Sector' at the GIS Innovation Awards, 'Outstanding Achievement for Process Excellence' at the SoftwareAG Awards, and 'Supply Chain Excellence' two years running at the annual Utility Week Awards.

Phil holds a BSC in Economics with Computing and Statistics from Bath University, together with a Professional Diploma in Management.
