Rahul Choraria

Rahul Choraria heads Enzen Group’s finance team and has driven the organisation's growth through a combination of innovation and creativity. He believes the corporate finance function is not simply there to protect value but to create value through close collaboration with all areas of the business.

Rahul has more than 14 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, corporate restructuring, inorganic growth strategies, deal negotiations, structuring and fund-raising.

He holds two professional degrees: an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India, and an ACMA / CGMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Rahul also serves as a nominee director in several of Enzen's group companies, working to improve corporate governance standards and provide strategic guidance for their growth.
