Lourdes Gonzalez-Novo, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Enzene Biosciences Ltd, Lourdes has previously held significant leadership roles, including SVP and Global Head of Business Development for Sterile Fill Finish at Recipharm, and VP and Global Head of Business Development for Biologics CDMO at Syngene International Limited. Lourdes has also contributed to IDT Biologika GmbH as VP of Business Development and Marketing for Vaccines in North America and served as Director of Sales Operations & Analytics at Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Lourdes holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Foreign Languages and Political Science from Rowan University.
