Sharad Puranik

Sharad Puranik has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sharad started their career at Wockhardt Ltd., where they worked as an SR. EXECUTIVE, managing recruitment, budget analysis, and organizing seminars. After that, they joined TATA MOTORS - TAL Manufacturing Solutions as a Member of CEO's Office.

Sharad then moved to BMC Software, where they held multiple roles, including Information Analyst and Sales Operations Specialist. In these positions, they worked on various operations and services projects, received appreciation for their work, and ensured best practices were followed across the country.

Sharad then joined Johnson & Johnson as a Sr. Executive in Admin & Facilities, where they provided analytics in transport management and facility operations. Sharad also worked at SAI Life Sciences Limited as a Deputy General Manager, overseeing administration, liaisoning, stores, safety, and finance.

In their subsequent role at Sodexo, they served as the Operations Head, managing a team of 1100 associates and overseeing soft services for Dr. Reddys Laboratories Limited.

Afterwards, Sharad joined Sapience Analytics as the Head of Facilities and General Administration. More recently, they worked at Adaarsh Pharmacon Industries Pvt Ltd as the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration.

Currently, Sharad Puranik holds the position of General Manager and Head of Administration at Enzene Biosciences Ltd.

Sharad Puranik pursued their Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Commerce (M. Com) from the same university from 1991 to 1993.
