James Scott

Director Customer Experience at Enzymedica

James Scott has a strong background in customer service and inside sales. James worked at Enzymedica as the Director of Customer Experience from April 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at LEDVANCE from 2017 to 2019, including Vice President of Customer Service and Inside Sales. Before their time at LEDVANCE, they worked at OSRAM from 1994 to 2017, starting as a Key Account Representative and eventually becoming the Vice President of Customer Service and Inside Sales for the US and Canada. During their tenure at OSRAM, they implemented process improvements, maintained ISO 9001 certification, and managed budgets and vendor negotiations.
