Klaas Koolman

Klaas Koolman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search, strategic consulting, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Partner Consumer & Retail at EO Executives since December 2022, Klaas specializes in executive search, selection, and placement. Previously, as Founder & CEO of BO Berlin Organics GmbH from August 2015 to December 2022, Klaas established and successfully sold an organic food startup. In addition, Klaas operated Koolman Consulting from April 2013 to December 2022, focusing on strategy, sales, and marketing consulting. Early career highlights include roles at Sony Europe and Sony Deutschland GmbH, where Klaas managed product marketing and key accounts for consumer audio and video products. Klaas also gained experience in corporate communications at Siemens AG and eCommerce marketing at Tchibo direct GmbH. Klaas holds a Master of Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, with studies in marketing, international management, and communications, and has furthered education at the University of Buenos Aires.
