Stephan H. Aschenbrenner

Stephan H. Aschenbrenner has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Stephan H. started their career as an Abteilungsleiter Organisationsentwicklung at OBI Systemzentrale in 1988, where they worked until 1999. From 1998 to 2001, they served as a Partnermanager at Vivity. In 2002, they founded and became the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter of initiat GmbH. In 2010, they became the CEO of EO Deutschland, a branch of EO Executives, where they provided executive search and interim management services. Stephan H. also became a Shareholder at ABD Media GmbH in 2014, specializing in online recruitment campaigns for growing companies. Finally, in 2016, they became the Managing Director at EO Executives. Throughout their career, Stephan has gained extensive experience in executive search, interim management, online recruitment, and organizational development.

Stephan H. Aschenbrenner completed their undergraduate education from 1988 to 1994 at Universität Witten/Herdecke, earning a Diplom Ökonom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Stephan H. also briefly studied Oeconomie at Stockholm University in 1993 and Business Administration at Penn State University in 1992.
