Maya May has a comprehensive work experience in marketing and brand strategy. Maya currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at EO Products, where they lead brand strategy and marketing activities for two brands. Maya also oversees the internal Brand Studio and drives the brands' success in prominent accounts. Prior to this, Maya worked as the Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Brandless, Inc. from September 2018 to January 2020. Maya also held the role of Senior Director of Retention Marketing at SEPHORA from September 2015 to September 2018. From 2013 to 2015, Maya served as the Sr. Director of Retail Optical CRM/Loyalty at Luxottica Retail, where they led personalization strategies and managed customer lifecycle marketing. Before that, they held the position of Director of Consumer Loyalty & Analytics at Luxottica, where they led targeted marketing initiatives and developed a global center of excellence for customer data management and analytics. Prior to Luxottica, Maya worked at Macy's as the Director of Loyalty Marketing from April 2006 to May 2011, managing acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives for the company's credit portfolio. At the start of their career, Maya worked in consumer marketing at the Cincinnati Reds, leading the implementation of a CRM database and developing strategies for renewing valuable accounts.
Maya May completed their BA degree in History from Brown University from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Business and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2008 to 2011.
