Anthony Gallardo

Anthony Gallardo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Anthony is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for EO2 Concepts since May 2023. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Provenir Healthcare from April 2019 to January 2023.

Before their stint at Provenir Healthcare, they worked at Aramark Healthcare for a significant period, starting in August 2004 as a Senior Controller and leaving in April 2019. At Aramark Healthcare, they managed the accounting and finance function for a $150 million multi-site healthcare management services unit.

Anthony also held the position of Director of Financial Operations at Empowerment Options, Inc. from August 2002 to July 2004. During their tenure, they improved financial reporting accuracy, established a regulatory compliant HR function, and handled various responsibilities including budgeting, cash management, acquisitions, payroll, and legal compliance.

Their experience at Outreach Health Services from January 1993 to June 2002 was marked by fast-track promotions culminating in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, they had profit and loss (P&L) and strategic planning responsibilities for an $85 million company with multiple locations and services in three states.

Anthony began their career at Girling Health Care as the Medicare Chief Accountant from August 1991 to January 1993. Anthony managed accounting functions for the Medicare division, responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and accounts receivable.

Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Humana Hospital of San Antonio for a short period from February 1991 to August 1991. Their role involved managing accounting functions, accounts payable processing, and coordinating month-end close and reporting.

At Paragon Home Care Corporation, they served as the Controller from July 1989 to December 1990, managing all controllership functions for a multi-state and multi-location company.

Anthony's career began as a Senior Auditor at Peat Marwick from June 1986 to June 1989.

Anthony Gallardo attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1984 to 1986. Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting.
