Haley Thorson Kalter

Haley Thorson Kalter is an experienced geologist with a strong educational background in geology, holding a Master of Science degree from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of the South. Currently serving as Geologist II at EOG Resources, Haley has progressed through roles such as Geologist I and Geoscience Intern since June 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Matador Resources Company, where Haley worked as an Associate Geologist and later as a Geology Intern, along with serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Colorado School of Mines. Additional earlier roles include teaching assistance at Louisiana State University, leadership as Studio Supervisor at Anthem Development and Design, and retail experience at Mountain Outfitters.
