Layton Amsler

Layton Amsler is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in benefits administration and employee relations. Currently serving as a Benefits Administrator at EOG Resources since April 2022, Amsler previously held the position of Human Resources Analyst at Daikin Comfort, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive Health and Wellbeing program for over 13,000 employees and supporting daily benefits inquiries for more than 20 employees. Amsler's earlier experience also includes roles as an Employee Relations Coordinator at Daikin North America, HR/Assistant Gym GM at Innovative Fitness, and Sales Associate at Walmart. Amsler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Blinn College.
