Ieena Aulakh

Ieena Aulakh serves as the Senior Director of Client Technology Solutions at EOI Service Company since August 2021 and is a Committee Member at The Advisor Collective from January 2017 to present. Previously, Aulakh worked as a Technology Solutions Consultant at Assurance from August 2014 to August 2021, contributing to one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in the U.S. Additional experience includes a role as Client Relationship Manager at bswift in 2013-2014 and Manager of Client Services at WestLake Financial Group, Inc. from March 2004 to May 2013, where responsibilities involved client relationship management and service strategy implementation for health and welfare plans. Aulakh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, achieved between 1996 and 2000.
