Charles van Lennep has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Foundation Doctor and later as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In 2016, they joined NHS England as a Paediatric Speciality Trainee, where they focused on projects involving NHS IT systems and implemented intelligent spreadsheets for safer handovers and improved efficiency. After that, they worked as a Locum Paediatric Registrar at County Durham and later at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust until 2021.
