Yancey May

Yancey May currently serves as the VP of Investments at Eolian since September 2024 and previously held the position of Senior Manager - Structured Finance at Lightsource bp from September 2023 to June 2024. Prior experience includes working as Manager of M&A/Business Development at Onward Energy from August 2021 to September 2023, and in Finance and Business Development at Duke Energy Corporation from March 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included financial analytics support for renewable energy projects and managing the M&A process. Additional roles include Consultant at Shepherd Advisors, Finance and Strategy Associate at DTE Energy, and experience in technical marketing and sales with companies such as GE and Nalco Energy Services. Yancey May holds an MBA and MS from the University of Michigan, as well as a BS in Environmental Engineering from Tulane University.
