Mike San Diego is a CPA and MBA with extensive experience in finance and accounting. Mike San Diego has held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Vice President/Chief Finance Officer at EON Group, where they currently work. Before joining EON Group, Mike worked as a Strategic Finance Consultant at MSD Consulting and as a Training Consultant at the Institute of Financial Consultants® and Certified Management Accountant: CMA®. Mike San Diego has also worked as a Training Consultant at IAM Training Events, Sison Corillo Parone and Company, and Exe Q Consulting. Prior to that, Mike served as the Chief Financial Officer at JK Capital Finance, Inc., where they were responsible for strategic finance, treasury restructuring, and operations audit. Mike San Diego also held the position of Chief Finance Officer at FREY-FIL Corporation and Filmetrics Corporation, where they played a crucial role in financial development and oversaw accounting operations. Mike's experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the finance industry.

Mike San Diego holds multiple degrees and certifications in the field of business and finance. Mike San Diego obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1987. Mike San Diego later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Management from De La Salle University, which they completed in 2003.

In terms of further education, Mike attended various programs and obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in specific areas. In 2009, they completed a program in Organizational Development at De La Salle University, focusing on Systematizing Excellence in Operations for Strategic Effectiveness. Additionally, they completed a Leadership program at FranklinCovey in the same year, which covered The 4 Imperatives of Great Leaders.

In 2011, Mike attended the Asian Institute of Management, where they completed the EXCELL Program, a Business Analytics Program designed to enhance analytical skills and strategic decision-making.

Furthermore, Mike actively continued their professional development by obtaining various certifications. Mike San Diego became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987, accredited by the Philippine Regulatory Commission. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Financial Consultant certification from the Institute of Financial Consultants - Philippines. Their most recent certification, obtained in 2015, is the Certified Internal Controls Auditor certification from the Internal Control Institute.

In addition to their formal education and certifications, Mike has taken part in a certificate program on Handling Customs Tax Audits and Remedies offered by the Center for Global Best Practices in 2014.
