Semora Mangnoesing has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Semora started their career with an internship in brand activation at Heineken in 2008. Semora then worked as a General Manager at Supperclub San Francisco, responsible for operational division, personnel management, and financial controlling. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at M4N as a Sales Manager, acquiring new fashion/retail, financial, and agency advertisers. At Awin Global, they worked as a Teamlead Sales and Project Manager in post-merger integration. In 2014, they served as the Head of Online Marketing at TripRebel, responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies. Semora also had multiple roles at iProspect, including Account Director, Sr. Digital Project Manager, and Online Marketing Manager. In 2018, they took a sabbatical and traveled around South America, sharing their experiences through storytelling. Semora then worked as a Biomimicry Consultant at Morpho Menelaus. Since 2022, they have held positions at tex.tracer, first as a Commercial Manager and then as Chief Commercial Officer. Currently, they are working as a Commercial Director at EON.
Semora Mangnoesing obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague in the years 2003-2007. In 2011, they attended the Youth Food Movement Academy to study Slow Food. Semora later earned a certificate in Sustainability & Business Development from Biomimicry Centre Nederland in 2018. Semora also obtained additional certifications such as Hubspot Sales Software Certified in 2020, Sustainability & Business Development Manager in 2018, and Route 500 - Global Talent Program in 2017.
