Melissa Musgrave

Melissa Musgrave is the Head of People at EOS Aircraft. Prior to this role, Melissa held leadership positions in HR at Airbus and Malcolm Pirnie/Arcadis. Melissa has extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy. Melissa also served as Chair of the Executive Board at Workforce Alliance, Inc. and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the same organization. Melissa holds a BS in Human Resources Management from Friends University and an MSOD in Organizational Development.
