Vivian Roldan-Peterson

Vivian Roldan-Peterson has extensive experience in payroll management, holding roles such as Payroll Manager at various organizations including Doctors Without Borders, Namely, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Thornton Tomasetti, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Vivian most recently served as a Workday Payroll Lead at Uncommon Schools before transitioning to their current role as Director of HRIS, Payroll & Benefits at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc.

Vivian Roldan-Peterson completed a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of Phoenix in 2020. Later, they pursued a field of study in Business Management at the same university from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Critical Thinking (BSM) from the University of Phoenix in 2023.
