Sarah Kloos

Sarah Kloos, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Dolce Hotels & Resorts, where they managed HR operations and administration for 24 locations and over 3,000 employees. Sarah then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing the recruitment process for executive roles across 160+ hotels. In 2016, Sarah joined Indeed.com as the Head of People, HR Business Partners, Americas, where they led a team of HR business partners and spearheaded various HR initiatives for 1500+ employees. Since November 2023, they have been working as the Vice President of People & Culture at EOS Hospitality.

Sarah Kloos, PHR earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1999. Sarah also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from SHRM.
