Annika Filler is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and operational management within the finance sector. Since October 2008, Annika has held various leadership positions at EOS Group, including Teamlead Collection Finance, where responsibilities included managing a team of 15-20 employees, overseeing personnel and cost planning, and fostering employee development. Annika also served as People Lead for Debtor Centricity & Operations Support, focusing on staff development and empowerment, and has a history of establishing and optimizing service centers. Prior experience includes roles at Hanseatic Bank GmbH & Co KG, where Annika led the area of pre-financing home ownership allowances and streamlined credit processes, and at Sparkasse zu Lübeck AG, starting as an apprentice and later acting in a supportive role.
